{"id":1006,"date":"2014-09-02T20:01:22","date_gmt":"2014-09-02T20:01:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.carmelschettino.com\/wp\/?p=1006"},"modified":"2014-09-02T20:23:05","modified_gmt":"2014-09-02T20:23:05","slug":"blog-challenge-day2-new-technology-for-collaboration-in-pbl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.carmelschettino.com\/dev0418\/2014\/09\/02\/blog-challenge-day2-new-technology-for-collaboration-in-pbl\/","title":{"rendered":"Blog challenge Day2: New Technology for Collaboration in PBL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For the past two years, I have been lucky enough (or unlucky if you are less inclined to use technology) to have classroom sets of iPads for my geometry classes and have been able to experiment pretty easily with some different ways of teaching &#8211; collecting homework electronically (that was a fail), using Geogebra and Notability to get some really nice diagrams (that was pretty great!) and working with <a href=\"http:\/\/voicethread.com\">Voicethread<\/a> to have students collaborate at home during homework. I gave a CwiC session talk last year at the Anja S. Greer conference on my use of Voicethread as a means of collaboration in problem solving and it went over really well.
